Since 2025, MEND has expanded its participatory film screening work across the region, collaborating with civil society and community-based organisations in Egypt and Jordan. The screenings use film as a tool to create spaces for dialogue, reflection, community engagement and exchange.

Regional Partner Organisations
Our regional film screenings have reached communities in Egypt and Jordan, including cities and Palestinian refugee camps. Through local partnerships, MEND has created opportunities for diverse audiences to engage with films, exchange perspectives and participate in dialogue.
Since 2025, MEND has collaborated with community-based and civil society organisations to facilitate regional film screenings and strengthen local engagement.
Partner Organisations
The screenings brought together diverse audiences of women and men, including school and university students, employees, homemakers and young activists.
The screenings provided inclusive spaces for participants to watch, reflect, discuss and exchange perspectives, using film and storytelling to encourage community dialogue and engagement.

MEND has strengthened its regional engagement through formal cooperation agreements with local organisations.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with the Peace Centre for Development and Training.
MEND also signed an MoU with Jawharat Bisan for Development and Training, strengthening access to Palestinian refugee communities in Jordan.
Through its network, Jawharat Bisan collaborates with 14 development and women's centres across Palestinian refugee camps in Jordan, providing an important platform for continued community engagement.
MEND aims to further expand its regional film screenings and participatory storytelling initiatives, connecting communities across Palestine and the wider region and creating opportunities for dialogue, learning and collective action.
